OUR EXPERIENCE
CZI Tax & Legal started operations in 1990 in Pachuca, Hidalgo a city located 80km. north of Mexico City.
Our founding partner, Carlos Zamudio Isbaile, started our practice providing external audit services as an independent CPA and in a few years he expanded the practice to tax and accounting services for the local and national markets.
Today CZI Tax & Legal is managed by Jorge Zamudio who has over 10 years of professional experience advising local and multinational clients. Jorge started his professional experience in CZI Tax & Legal. He later joined a Big 4 firm where he specialized in international tax and M&A. For over 8 years he was part of the Monterrey, Mexico City, San Diego and Boston offices.
Jorge has served as tax advisor for Mexican and International clients on M&A projects and on Initial Public Offerings of shares and trusts certificates in the Mexican Stock Exchange. Jorge advises clients in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, transportation, construction, real estate, retail and services industry. He has designed and implemented several tax strategies and corporate restructures, among other relevant projects.
